Hi everyone,

I work long hours at a desk job here in Cambridge and lately, I’ve been struggling with chronic back and shoulder stiffness. I’ve tried a few things to deal with it — stretching at home, using one of those handheld massagers, even changing my desk chair — but nothing seems to bring long-lasting relief.
